Cancellation Policy

Life happens and we understand you may need to make changes or cancel your balloon arrangements for local delivery.

All orders can easily be changed or canceled up to 7 days before its scheduled delivery date. After this period has passed, the order becomes final and non refundable due to the fact that we have committed to purchasing inventory, processing and reserving a delivery slot.
